Certification
We have both onground and online Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) classes and CAP-OM. The CAP and CAP-OM exams are offered at Nashville State Tech Community College on White Bridge Road in Nashville in May and November.
The onground CAP classes are offered twice a year at Nashville State Tech Community College in July - October and in January - April. The Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) offers online CAP, CAP-OM, and Records Management Recertification courses year-round. The TBR courses were the first online CPS and CAP courses, and the Nashville Chapter is proud to be a part of this.
