Certification
We have both onground and online Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) and Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) classes. The CPS and CAP exams are offered at Nashville State Tech Community College on White Bridge Road in Nashville in May and November.
The onground CPS classes are offered twice a year at Nashville State Tech Community College in July - October and in January - April. The Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) offers online CPS, CAP, and Records Management Recertification courses year-round. The TBR courses were the first online CPS and CAP courses, and the Nashville Chapter is proud to be a part of this.
